Grow your engagement

Capacity Consulting has a new initiative called grow your engagement. This is five key areas where we provide support:

• Community Engagement Training: We will specifically design a community engagement training package for your organisation. With 20 years experience in the field we have experienced all of the various techniques and have case studies to help your staff learn about good quality engagement. This is based on IAP2 participation spectrum.
• Plan a Community engagement Strategy: If you have a project we can help plan your community engagement strategy. We can work in house to help ensure your community engagement strategy is well planned and successful.
• Engagement Coach: If a particular staff member needs additional assistance with improving engagement processes we can provide coaching support. This may be on a project basis or on a series of projects. You may even want to have annual support. Coaching can either be in person or remotely. Our coaching support could benefit anyone from the CEO to parks officer. Engagement Coaching is private and confidential.
• Evaluate your engagement: Part of every great community engagement process is an evaluation of how successful the process was. We should always be learning as individuals, teams and organisations. Capacity Consulting can help with the learning process and evaluated community engagement processes. If a project has not gone as you hoped, we can help your learn from the experience and put in place strategies for the future.
